GRATEFUL DEAD STEAL YOUR FACE MEDIUM WINDOW STICKER

The approximate size of the sticker is 3"

This classic sticker will take you back to the 70's where you'll go on the longest strangest trip a deadhead could go on. The Grateful Dead mylar sticker features the original artwork from the Steal Your Face album, released in 1976. You've probably seen this decal at a show or festival printed on a T-Shirt.

The music from Steal Your Face was taken from recordings from live shows in October of 1974 at Bill Graham's Winterland Arena. The double vinyl disc set featured songs including Chuck Berry's "The Promised Land" & "Around And Around" as well as GD Robert Hunter penned originals such as "Ship of Fools" & "Stella Blue". These tunes were heard first on Steal Your Face by many a Deadhead.Slap this sticker anywhere from bus to guitar to show off you're Gratefully Deadicated. STICK with PEACE LOVE & THE GRATEFUL DEAD!!!

Dead Head Fact: "He's Gone," as originally written, referred to the bands' falling out with Mickey Hart's father, Lenny Hart. Mr Hart was acting as the band's manager & allegedly disappeared with a good deal of their money. Since then, the song has become riddled with different meanings & theories. Fans would speculate as to its appearance in the set lists when it was played as a possible homage to someone that had passed away recently.
